本隐私声明说明济南洛尔信息技术有限公司（品牌名 LeadWave，以下称“我们”）在你使用洛尔社媒管理平台（以下称“本服务”）时，如何收集、使用与保护你的信息。

账号信息：你在注册或订阅时提供的姓名、邮箱、企业名称与账单信息。
平台授权数据：经你授权，我们连接第三方平台（如 Facebook、X、YouTube、Telegram）用于发布内容、管理收件箱与统计效果，包括你授予的访问令牌以及你在平台上创建或收到的内容。
使用数据：访问的页面、使用的功能，以及运行与改进服务所需的技术日志（IP 地址、浏览器类型、时间戳）。
2. 信息的使用方式
提供并维护本服务，包括内容发布、统一收件箱、线索管理与数据分析。
处理付款与管理订阅。
就服务更新、账单与技术支持与你沟通。
检测、预防与处理技术或安全问题。
3. 第三方服务

This Privacy Policy explains how Jinan Luoer Information Technology Co., Ltd. (operating under the LeadWave brand, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our social media management platform (the “Service”).

Account information: name, email address, organization name and billing details you provide when registering or subscribing.
Connected platform data: with your authorization, we connect to third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, X, YouTube, Telegram) to publish content, manage inboxes and track analytics. This includes the access tokens you grant and the content you create or receive through the platform.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and maintain the Service, including content publishing, unified inbox, lead management and analytics.
